We  provide premium Pakistani designer wear along with exceptional service. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights under UK law and how we handle all returns. We encourage you to review our policy carefully to understand your rights before placing an order with us.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect item

We do not accept returns for:

  • Stitching-related concerns

  • Customized, bespoke, or made-to-order outfits

Return Notification

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for your return request to be considered.

Return Timeframe

  • UK customers: Return within 12 days of delivery

  • International customers: Return within 20 days of delivery

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Free from stains, odours (makeup, perfume, deodorant), or damage

Please Note that Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • A return address will be provided only after return approval

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service

Return Address

If the return is approved under exceptional circumstances (e.g. a proven fault), items must be returned to:

Please note:

  • All items are shipped from Pakistan

  • Returns are accepted only at the above address

How to Return

  1. Email returns@calyxion.co.uk with:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  2. Securely pack the item and include a note with your order number

  3. Ship the parcel to the approved return address

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Earrings

  • Necklaces

  • Nose chains or nose pieces

  • Earrings included within necklace or tikka sets

  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)

  • Underwear & hosiery

  • Gift cards

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply only in the following cases:

  • Orders canceled within the 2-hour cancellation window

  • Approved damage claims submitted within 12 hours of delivery

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect funds

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless required by law.

Approved Return Refunds

  • Refund amounts are issued within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Standard delivery charges may be refunded where legally required

  • Premium or express shipping charges are non-refundable

Special Conditions

Stitching, Colour & Embellishments

Slight variations in colour, embroidery scale, or embellishment placement may occur due to:

  • Screen display differences

  • Hand-embroidered and hand-embellished craftsmanship

A variation of 5%–10% is considered normal and acceptable.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

Claims related to stitching or embellishments will not be accepted, as all items are thoroughly quality-checked prior to dispatch. This policy aligns with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Customized, Made-to-Order & Stitched Items

  • All customized, bespoke, made-to-order, and stitched items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable once production has begun

  • Delays caused by alterations or customization do not qualify for cancellation or refund

This is permitted under UK law governing bespoke and customized goods.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith based on:

  • Outfit type

  • Event date

  • Order volume

  • Courier timelines

Delays caused by customs, couriers, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control and are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or compensation unless delivery was explicitly guaranteed in writing at the time of order.

Delays caused by customers (e.g. late measurements or information) will extend delivery timelines accordingly.

Bulk & High-Quantity Orders

For orders that contains multiple items, please contact us prior to placing the order to confirm availability and estimated delivery timelines.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, please return the item for a refund and then place a new order separately for a smooth transition.

Fraud Prevention & Legal Action

Any attempt to intentionally damage products, misuse items, or submit false or misleading claims will result in claim refusal and may lead to legal action. All claims are reviewed and investigated thoroughly.
