To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Important!: Clothes are shipped from Pakistan to the United Kingdom, and delivery is expected to take approximately 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to customs clearance or unforeseen logistical delays.

At Calyxion, we strive to get your orders to you on time and in perfect condition. Whether you’ve ordered a ready-to-wear (Pret) outfit or a custom piece, here’s everything you need to know about shipping with us.

Shipping Methods

We usually ship orders via standard shipping. In some cases, especially for urgent orders, our support team may recommend express shipping. If they advise it, please follow their guidance to ensure your order arrives on time. Otherwise, standard shipping is perfect if your event date is flexible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on your package’s weight, size, and destination. You’ll see the exact cost during checkout before completing your order, so you’ll always know what you’re paying.

Processing Time

Processing times depend on the outfit’s complexity and how many orders we’re handling:

  • Ready-to-Wear (Pret) items:

    • Handling: 7–8 working days

    • Transit: 3–4 working days

  • USA & other international orders:

    • Handling: 7–8 working days

    • Transit: 10–12 working days

Custom or unstitched outfits may take longer—please contact us for details.

We also prioritize orders based on event dates. If your event is within 12 days, we’ll do our best to get your order ready first.

Delivery Time

Delivery depends on:

  • The shipping method you choose
  • Your location
  • External factors like customs, weather, or courier delays

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

International Shipping

We deliver internationally! Please note:

  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility

  • Check with your local customs office for details before your order arrives

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to track your package until it arrives.
